With a Bachelor's in Sociology and an MBA in Human Resources Management, I’ve spent over 20 years guiding individuals and organizations through complex change—from social work to the C-suite. My work has always centered on one thing: helping people understand where they are, so their next move actually makes sense.

Today, many are accelerating success through artificial intelligence—optimizing output, increasing efficiency, and scaling productivity. But the next level of success won’t come from technology alone.

I came across Human Design while living in Tokyo in 2018 and began integrating it as an objective orientation tool within my work. Now it's my primary consulting and coaching tool. As a licensed Human Design Expert and BG5 Career Analyst—and a 1/3 Projector (Advisor)—I offer a refined, strategic perspective that helps you move differently.
