As a retired social worker, civilian military leader, and c-suite executive, I have personally transformed the lives and careers of hundreds of individuals and teams over my 25 year career, (including my own). I welcome you to the part where you get to reinvent yourself. This is the part where you get to develop into your authentic self and step out of roles or environments that boxed you in and step into opportunities that are aligned with how you are naturally designed to thrive.

I truly believe that you should limit your time trying to cultivate skills that are of no interest to you or that you don't have a natural inkling. Everyone is good at one or a handful of things, the birds, bees, ants, etc., understand this and their societies thrive, aligned with nature because everyone is leading with their signature talents and contributing effectively to the greater good. Would you expect Oprah to spend time trying to master tennis professionally or expect Serena Williams to be forced to learn how to build hot air balloons for the sake of "professional development"? You too are allowed to focus on your purpose and experience professional satisfaction and success in whatever field of work comes naturally to you.

Human Design helps you learn how to do business like a Human Being, authentically and aligned with how you are designed to thrive, interact with others and make trustworthy decisions for yourself and then your team. Ready to remember who you are outside of the boxes you've shrunk yourself to fit into?
