My work is rooted in the liberation and leadership of Black women. That means we account for the real forces — generational, systemic, energetic — that impact how we rise. This isn’t generic career and life coaching. It’s design-level alignment for those who've carried more – the brilliance and the burden.

I approach every leader through two scientific lenses:

Emotional Intention — understanding the lived story, cultural imprint, and identity patterns shaping how someone leads, decides, and expresses influence

Surgical Excellence — diagnosing misalignment at the root and engineering the strategies, structures, and pathways that support aligned, emotionally intelligent leadership

​With a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, an MBA in Human Resource Management, and a career path that spans social work, organizational development, talent leadership, and the C-Suite, I bring a rare blend of human insight, structural intelligence, and executive-level strategy to every client I support. Formally trained at the IHDS–BG5 Institute, I use Human Design as a leadership and career intelligence system—helping you leverage your innate strengths, articulate your authentic leadership language, understand your decision-making mechanics, and operate in ways that honor your emotional and energetic intelligence.

I am especially proud to hold rare, sacred 1:1 space for Black women—women who are often overlooked, underestimated, or misinterpreted in leadership and entrepreneurship. I’ve lived that dual experience myself: being 1 of 1 in corporate boardrooms, simultaneously invisible and under surveillance, expected to deliver excellence with minimal institutional support. I know what it requires to stay prepared, polished, and powerful under pressure: awareness, alignment and authenticity. My work is built to honor your brilliance, validate your lived experience, and help you rise without self-abandonment.
