With a career spanning over 20 years from a social worker to a c-suite executive, I view individual and organizational disruption as an opportune turning points. Professionals and teams call on me when they're stuck or frustrated and need a clear pathway forward lead by my vision for intentional excellence. I leverage my Bachelors Degree in Sociology and my MBA in Human Resource Management to give you the push you need to successfully embrace evolutions in your career or business. I am a Certified Change Management Practitioner, Certified Workplace Culture Intelligence Facilitator, Certified Diversity Executive and a Certified US Military Resiliency Trainer. Additionally, I incorporate Human Design as my assessment tool of choice for objective, data-driven analysis, as a Business Consultant trained at the BG5 - Human Design for Business Institute.
