Business Sociology is Satori Synergy's signature human-centered, energetically intelligent methodology that blends sociology, organizational behavior, emotional intelligence and Human Design.

Erica coined this term to reflect her diverse studies and lived experiences leading to her expertise of assessing and addressing how people, energy, behavior and organizational systems engage and how those interactions shape leadership, culture, and performance.

She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, a MBA in Human Resources Management, formally trained the IHDS/BG5 Business Institute and hold a number of professional certifications.

Hi, I'm Erica

For over two decades, my work has lived at the intersection of human behavior, leadership, and organizational culture across social work, federal service, military communities, human resources, corporate business, and higher education.

Before founding Satori Synergy, I served as a chief diversity officer, advising corporate executives, shaping culture, and integrating Human Design and other social science strategies into leadership development as a pioneer.

My unique background, from crisis intervention and supporting transitioning Soldiers to training corporate leaders and navigating institutional politics, taught me one truth:

People don’t get results from generic career advice. They need precise, diagnostic insight into who they are as leaders.

That’s why I created Business Sociology, my signature framework for understanding your leadership language, aligning your career with your energetic blueprint, and unlocking authentic executive presence.
